Shakey Head worms have a heavier head and lighter tail to mimic worm feeding of the bottom of the lake. Shakey head works best with a jig head hook, it would be best if you have those with the secure lock for the heads. The lighter end of the tail allows the tail to stay afloat keeping the heavy head at the bottom at a 45 degrees.
